BODs Resigned...sort of!!!
I am an amateur for sure, but people need to realize, yes the BODs quit FITX...they will never be involved again with them....BUT!!!! you now will get an undisclosed amount of CEN Biotech shares where ALL OF THOSE BOD MEMBERS HAVE MOVED TO!
SO you are still getting the leadership, just a new ticker symbol and new shares...but in no way will it be close to the amount you had before, this lets them take care of extreme dilution of shares of FITX. Also established themselves as 100% exclusive to the MMJ sector.
Your FITX shares WILL go to zero, soon, but you get new shares. DO you sell your FITX now then??? I would not, we do not know the details of the new company, there could be a clause saying you needed to be a shareholder of FITX between specific dates to get the new shares...we do not know this. This happened to me with a diff company, I had new shares one day but because I owned shares at a specific point.
