I read it more, so as of today, we will see sub-penny. FITX shares will be worthless....amazing. They may give 1 share per every 100 you owned of FITX, taking care of dilution. But decimating value.
Not to excited about this, but we all knew a reverse split was coming, this is just a creative one.
I think they are giving shares based on percentage...NO WAY CEN Biotech has 5 billion shares. May be like 250 million. But sounds like I owned 0.005% of FITX based on a set value, I will also own 0.0005% of the new company.Not like I am getting free money here, FITX will plummet. 0.0001 cent. Then I get to pay a fee to remove those dead shares for the eventual closure of FITX. CEN Biotech will go, once it gains traction, they will rebrand and new ticker...no more creative edge nutrition. CEN Biotech will be the new parent.
