Maybe it's just this board, but I'd like to hear from the realtors out there. I've talked to owners of real estate companies, but I'm still not sure that they know what is going on with Fannie and Freddie. They say, "Oh, ya, they're our biggest customer. We love them. All paperwork is done quickly, efficiently, but they have no clue the gov is trying to shut them down. Wells Fargo CFO just said Fannie and Freddie aren't going anywhere, but do they know what the gov is up to?
Donotunderstand, mikoli007.. I can't find your response to my post but I did want to respond to it. It's not the reporting that is unconstitutional. It's those that they support and their unlawful & unconstitutional activities, like the confiscation of private property that I refer to.
I do have the belief that regardless of ones bias, one still must report truthfully because it's lying and misleading. In the case of WSJ & Bloomberg, they sway people to buy into their lies and sway them into the wrong camp. With that in mind I must note, Hitler lied and misled a lot of people who put their trust in him. All the while he was deceiving the people so that he could perpetuate his evil agenda. Notice what they got back in return.
That's why we must remain vigilant and get in their face and spread the word before another Hitler who wants to create the NWO appears on the scene and it's too late.

Well, I'm trying to be an 'investor', but it's getting hard to hang in there. This thing just doesn't move, and there seems to be TONS of road blocks, that could be in place for literally years. But, if I DO decide to bail.....it will skyrocket the minute I click the sell button.....LOL...

Has WSJ always been so bias? I never read it prior to Fannie and Freddie, and they seem almost as skewed in one polar direction as Fox news
I believe that is why not more hedges, retail and other have not jumped in regardless of the price. They don't trust the looserment to do the right thing. If the original plan was still in place after all these earnings the price would be much higher!
Which way do you go when/if interest rates rise? $.50? Or $5.00?
Always wondering...It's so interesting to me how greed affect ones ability to reason. I know others as well as myself have felt that the biggest obstacle over an easy solution has always been the corruption that abounds within our government, bankers and the private federal reserve.
I have said a long time ago that a form of self insurance and the saving up of a reserve and maintaining it for emergencies is a simple answer to the problem. The government can start FnF off by returning the excess Fannie has already paid to them. The reason an honest and simple solution can't be reached, imo, is because all the greedy bastards have other plans.
This is why I always try to shed light on this right here on this Hub. Lupina has concerns this will come down to the judges. She is right. That's where it is going. However it needs to be made perfectly clear that if the judges are in the back pocket of the professional politicians and the fed and it's owners, they need to know we won't stand for it. That's why we need to be right in their faces. We need to make sure the crooks are under the same laws as we are. We need a national referendum that puts that issue on a ballot the puts justice back where it belongs. Also within that vote, we should actually put that above hate crimes since they are there to uphold the law. Maybe we could get Obama, the traitor, that way.
Point is tell all your friends, neighbors and family. Write and challenge your senators & congressmen. As Sundance said join groups like IU.
