Yes several months ago they merged themselves into a fully reporting shell that was already called Southcorp Capital. I don't think they have released any quarterly financials since they took over though. I could be mistaken about that, but it is a fairly new company and they have already closed several deals as well as paid dividends to shareholders. I received some of the dividends. Where else have you seen that in the OTC?
I guess I can't tell for sure, but that's what they look like. On the left edge you can see what looks like a nutrition label.

Yet only had $2,000 in bank as of last 10-Q very suspicious. Scam written all over this......

Oger, this is a good play. I'm one of the guys that went to the launch party. The product is real. The pancakes were good. They will come in different flavors. I know what the projected pps is and it's way over $1!
