Just two months ago Gerald talked about up listing in 2014. I think he is now postponing that until well into 2015. The spin off they are considering will happen after that. So things have changed dramatically since Gerald's updates just a couple of months ago.
How in the world could he have said a couple of months ago: "We don't know if we'll even need a reverse split to up list." Based on what has transpired in the last two months....what was he basing that speculation on?
