I guess I can't be too surprised about this. Back in Nov of last year, Nov 6th to be exact, I put RGIN in my TO WATCH portfolio because I saw that Rubinfeld was on the BOD. The company was pretty much a skeletal crew and stuck in the mud due to the litigation between RGIN and Lonza. So I can't be too surprised by this. I am going to assume that AMBS is the money bridge to end the acrimonious lawsuit between the two which will get trials of ESS back on track under Amarantus' guidance and hopefully wake up that AFIRM grant and possibly access to more grant fund from the military.

My Agenda: To see Amarantus prosper so I can make a nice return on my investment.
