Would have liked to see more on where the expenses went against however they are out and now time to move forward
Didn't expect any company PR are updates to go with the PR however the FINS had some nuggets and I personally am pleased
Wish they were released earlier in the day as I have money ready to pick up some of these cheap shares as I have been holding back until I heard word that the lights were still on at the office
Going to release those funds with a buy for opening Monday morning
I am really expecting to triple the 3rd quarter sales when the 4th quarter numbers are released
Calkin gets a "C" on this...he did what he promised and on time without making us wait till midnight...no more...no less

What you don't seem to understand is that the financials were zeroed out - meaning that since the 2013 financials weren't made available all of the debt was removed - but the creditors didn't agree to this - so we shall see how many creditors show up with notes in default.
So saying a startup without any debt is misleading. Let's look at the financials since everything was zeroed out.
From the financials:

That is debt!
Just as I predicted the Notes from Green Cures are going to be converted into shares with a $0.005 conversion rate.
Then we find the following:
