You know, there are a whole lot od ME PEOPLE in this world. People who can't see beyond the ME FACTOR. PEOPLE WHO REFUSE TO UNDERSTAND THAT CEO's are human beings with needs. People who believe that CEO's don't have a life, or thet the CEO must dedicate their life to please the shareholders who couldn't on their best day contribute to the success of a company. People who believe that a CEO's only function in life live in some fantasy world in their own minds that tells them the world owes them the world, and they don't need to contribute to that world. The selfish "ME" that had been displayed on this board the last three days is just pathetic. Not one of the whinners here will ever be sucessful in life, you are to concerned with yourselves.
yeah !! right on bro!!! Im with ya!!
Oh man. I thought you left us. Can I ask you something? Do you own shares of SLTD?
A perfect example is Tesla... Almost ALL the executives sold on the range between 60-80 and look at where it is now... Just look at the potential here. It's your money anyways... Go with your gut feeling. JMO
$SLTD
Maybe he could put all 10 kids to work here promoting SLTD shares. Don't know anything about him personally but if you believe his resume is truthful, you'd think he'd already be a multimillionaire many times over. It just doesn't add up reading his resume and believe he had to sell so much stock constantly. I Could maybe understand taking all this money out of the company if SLTD was already very profitable, but to be taking out all this capital when it's not making a profit and is still a developing company is extremely bogus. Shareholders put their money in while the CEO turns around and takes the money out. That's lousy.
Because he has to EAT! And the fund sells at automatic intervals. He just gets a electronic deposit, most likely minus tax allowance, in his account. Then he pays bills!! You are asking the same questions over and over. If you are scared and can't get over it, get out. Mr. Nelson and other execs will sell again, I guarantee it. This is called owning stocks. You want no risk? Get a savings bond. (At least very little risk)
thats right ,at least some have some common sense
Please ignore this mental creten... He's a paid bashing leech who thrives off interaction... Don't answer his bs and it'll go away... Now, like inorout, I'm heading over to the Apple board to ridicule Steve Jobs for dying to get out of paying taxes.. Luv ya pogumm an
It's a 10b5-1 plan, a Blind trust, that was set up previously. He has no control over the sales at this time. The plan is set up to dispose of the shares at certain intervals to avoid any potential for insider sales issues. Please see my previous posts on the subject.
Thanks!
It reminds me of me back in March-April'14... Chiinkwia, if I find your replies to my messages back then, I will repost again...
Cheers!

well counting you and I and ms 1999 thats makes 3 of us that understands what is going on here ha ha I am not selling one share , I cant believe some of the posts on here ha ha ha
He usually releases a huge pr and the market forgets all about his share sale.
Yes but he still has expenses just like the rest of us.
That's my point though. If this guy is so smart, why would you sell when it is pennies, if you are expecting 100 million in revenue next year? I don't know. I'm just doing my best to ask questions because I do not want to get taken for a ride drinking the kool-aid. I have 67,000 shares and I'm scared. So im asking questions. Not trying to start trouble. You can't get mad at people questioning why a CEO of an otc stock always sells all his shares.
Longs here are NOT disappointed. If you get disappointed, you are not a true long lol
This is going to run fast.
This has happened before and has been discussed here at length a few times and though it was unsettling before I decided to hang in there and has seen a company with no income with an idea about a solar cell grow into a profitable company with more than 20 mil. In revenue annually so while I understand your concern, personally I have seen my initial buy in PPS grow from .02 to .22 my advice to you is to get out if your worried. You've made a great argument for it and I would guess your leaning that way. Pennies are very risky and I may get burned in the end but if I felt as concerned as some I would not touch it. But if you stay in I believe you will make some money.
You might get lucky and pick up shares 0.16 - 0.18
If we see that range again, I'll buy again.
To many uninformed investors we received horrible news this week such as going from 200,000 net profit in Q2 to (13,000,000) net loss in Q3. True the net loss was only because of the non-cash derivitive liability and actually it was a positive Q3. But I think most penny investors just see 13 Mil net loss and run scared. JMO
Glad to be still out until the dust settles! Looks like disappointed longs will be selling shares monday because they found out CEO was selling shares again!!
