This is all it boils down to: Share. Price.

Share. Price.
You would not have any of your "concerns" if the price was higher, don't deny it. Nobody would. The constant shit-storm on this board would be null if the price were higher. I believe your "concerns" are all directly tied to how the stock is currently trading - which is currently controlled by penny flippers and OTC manipulators..
Now...
As an investor your concerns should be the fundamentals of the company. The fundamentals of the company are getting stronger by the day and we are on the cusp of great things. I doubt you would disagree.
As an investor you should understand that PPS is undervalued. Right? That's why you invest in a company in the first place. You think the PPS should be higher based on the fundamentals of the company and naturally you want to benefit of the price increase when that happens.
Once an investor comes to feel that the company is fairly valued, then the investor should in turn sell out of their position as they believe it has reached its maximum potential.
I know, I just explained basic investing to you. And I did that because I honestly believe that sometimes you forget why you are invested in the first place. BECAUSE WE ARE UNDERVALUED! Why would we be investing in Amarantus if we felt they were fairly valued? We wouldn't be! Why would be buying something that is "fairly" valued just to see the price go down? We wouldn't be!
Now, here's what I really want you to understand about what's going on right now:
Shareholder value does not equal share price appreciation.
BLASPHEMY! No way that cannot be true!
Now... Just hear me out..
Quote:
DEFINITION OF 'SHAREHOLDER VALUE
The value delivered to shareholders because of management's ability to grow earnings, dividends and share price. In other words, shareholder value is the sum of all strategic decisions that affect the firm's ability to efficiently increase the amount of free cash flow over time.
Gerald and Co. have delivered numerous shareholder value building events and milestones over the years, despite what you say (see post 10209 for a good gauge...thx redpseed)
Again, shareholder value does not equal share price appreciation. Yes, I understand the definition includes share price. But we are PRE-REVENUE biotech company (like you have stated a number of times), so it is quite hard to gauge shareholder value based on share price, when earnings and dividends are the basis for share price. Until we realize revenue and that becomes factored into our price, share price is not an accurate gauge of shareholder value.
Instead, at this juncture, being a pre-revenue biotech company - you must "take a look at the the sum of all strategic decisions that affect the firm's ability to efficiently increase the amount of free cash flow over time."
Most everything Gerald and Co. have delivered to shareholders thus far have been incrementally increasing shareholder value over time and will help the amount of free clash flow in the future. And over time, depending on our current pps, we have fluctuated between being "undervalued", "fairly valued", and even "overvalued" based on what you as an investor feels the company is really worth). My friend sold at .14 a few months back because he thought the fair value of the company was ~$100m at the time. He was happy with his investment that he held since Late 2012 having gained just over 110% all in 18 months time. That's a hell of a return for only 18 months! My friend thinks Gerald and Co. did a wonderful job of delivering shareholder value, because in his eyes, he got his moneys worth
Just because the pps is not where you want it to be right now and you feel you haven't got your moneys worth, does not mean Gerald has not delivered shareholder value. Him and the company have delivered plenty --- and it looks like they are going to continue that trend for years and years to come.
And you know what the best part is? You're here now. At the ground level.
Just take a minute, step back, take a deep breath, and realize shareholder value has been delivered and the sky isn't falling everyday. PPS isn't a good gauge right now. Follow the science. Follow the management. Follow the fundamentals.
Share price will follow...
