Wrong about what, the massive RS? If this is announced, then I'm out, because then I will truly believe I can't trust anything Gerald says. He's assured us time and again a large RS will not be done, commenting that he and his father (2 of the largest shareholders) would be negatively impacted as well with a large RS.
I can handle changes in corporate strategy, i.e. spin-off instead of partnering early, but there is no strategy change that would warrant a massive RS when he's continued to reassure us this will not happen.
