All sound like excellent reasons for an experience

All sound like excellent reasons for an experienced investor to exit the stock and look for better opportunities with experienced CEOs who don't lie to shareholders and don't dilute shareholders into oblivion.
1. CEO lies
2. CEO makes things up as he goes along
3. Company is too leveraged
4. No revenue
5. No grants
6. No JV agreements
7. Too many authorized shares
8. Latest funding creates further dilution, another LIE
9. CEO is out of touch with reality
10. CEO has BS'd the public for last 2 years
11. CEO awards himself raises he doesn't deserve
12. CEO is a kid who was appointed by his daddy
Seriously, why in hell are you still here if you're this dissatisfied with the company? Grow some balls, take your gains while you still can, and move on. The company is clearly being run by a lying, inexperienced, out of touch CEO.
