Picon Bill continually kicked sand in the towns face. Town would say they are restricted, Bill says everything is fine. Town says no grandfathering, Bill says they are. Bill is not in charge of the town. that would be like Kirk Foran saying CEN is going to be growing this type of pot and CEN would say no, and Kirk would say yes they are. There was no dialogue between the two parties. If there had been this situation would not be where it now is.

Every press release I have seen where Bill states he has all municipal approvals did he ever say "except for that little niggly bit about having a size and employee restriction." I would love to see that. It may be out there but I have never seen it.

Can someone show me the press release he put out stating they have applied for a zoning amendment? We know they filed one because the town mentioned it. Where is the press release on it. If they can put out a press release stating they have retained legal counsel surely attempting to open the doors to greater production would be worth something.
