The town was hearing about the world's largest medical mj facility but were never ever in a meeting with the company about it. The town finally reacted in April after being bombarded with media requests and really all they could do is shrug their shoulders and say hey, this world's largest thing we do not know about but that site is restricted to 6K square feet and left it at that. It was not until mid summer the company finally got around to filing the application for the rezoning.

Instead of sitting down with the town to discuss these issues Bill continually said the opposite of what the town fathers were stating, even Kirk Foran went on record and he is not an elected official and still Bill said he was wrong. At some point they too became exasperated and drew a line in the sand.
