Thenew, Not to debate with you since you are clearly more knowledgeable than I am, but if they were growing corn, would the permit would to have to say "corn growing facility". I am hoping/ assuming ag covers a lot of possibilities. We also (well I don't) don't know if when you fill out the permit if they give you the classifications to use/ choose from. It would seem odd that we would of the blue write in "agricultural storage facility". It is not impossible, just odd. Building permits are all you need for interior or exterior work, from electrical to plumbing. I was a contractor for too many years. Development permits cover the use of the building.
