Isn't the MMJ facility being licensed in the origi

Isn't the MMJ facility being licensed in the original building? That's how i read it in the inspection report. If so, it doesn't matter why they built the pole barn or what was on the building permit. The question here is did they have the appropriate permits to build out the original building. If they failed to get the appropriate permits, I would have to seriously question management's intentions regarding this project.
