the use as given on the building permits was agricultural storage, not medical mj facility. You can see that on the permit. They had the building permit for a pole barn, not an mj facility. I cannot speak to whether or not they have but if you heard comments by Bain and others at the September 23 meeting it was mentioned when the reference to the buildings being empty, non-operational, a voice was heard to say the company would have to come to us for permits and they have not. At the time all that was required was the building permit but that does not cover interiors, just the basic building. Work done on the inside requires development permits.
