my take on JN's confirmation of 1M as the "ballpark" is that he is saying, for the sake of estimation, that he thinks in 2015 it will be the same order of magnitude as 1M. If he said 10M ballpark, order of magnitude gets much larger 10M-99M ,when for launch year, we'd be lucky to push much higher that low 10s of millions.

I am betting we sell more that 1,000 Lympro tests in2015. I am not confident we will sell more than 10,000. I am hopeful we will sell 10,000 - 99,000 in 2016 and if numbers ramp up through 2015, we could see the share price anticipate this much earlier than you think.
