Yup it was note holders to the tune of 390 mil shares IMO.

Considering the vol over the last 3 trading sessions since the mayhem, it does appear they could be done.
Yup, and just as a ton of 12s were bought up today, on Friday a ton of 13s were bought, so we may have a new 12-13 base now to rise off of.
On top of that, dilution kept taking 12's but left the 11's alone for the most part....I agree, 11 held and is the bottom, looking better now.
There was definitely dilution from VFIN, because that's his thing, as I posted in a link earlier. But Sibware on Friday somehow proved VFIN was diluting Convertible Debit Notes, which may not have cause SO much dilution, but still plenty of dilution to pull the price down, 4 ticks from Thursday's close.
That said, as the price was dropping on Friday and today, I know at least one retail person from our board who sold out of his position, so this dilution I'm sure affected other retailers to sell out.
Reason why I think the dilution is over is: On Friday you had BMAK and VFIN at the top of the Ask with icebergs of shares. BMAK dropped from the top at some point on Friday and VFIN stayed on till maybe the last 1/2 hr. Today only VFIN was on top with the icebergs, by mid-day he was gone and dropped back to a $2 Ask. The fact he left mid-day and didnt stay on top of the Ask all day like Friday, tells me VFIN is done. As far as I could tell those were the only MMs diluting, the past two sessions. Also right before VFIN dropped off the top of the Ask, there was 36 mil dump, then he suddenly dropped off, seemed like he finished and fell off the Ask. There may have been other MMs diluting. There was a 15 mil share Ask at .0013 till the eod, which someone said stemmed from BMAK who was routing it to 4 MMs on the Ask, but in the final minutes there was a 20 mil share dump. So could be that was the end of that 15 mil Ask. These two large dumps today, tell me that dilution may very well be over.
I haven't been here that long but my experience with ELRA is when the dilute they open the flood gates!
Today's volume didn't indicate much on the order of dilution.
I just think traders got tired of waiting for news and started the selling.
Looks like it leveled off.
I flipped a coin so the odds were 50/50... In all seriousness I would assume they release a certain amount each day not to over flood the market. It will be over when u see those diluting MMs not come back.
The sun will rise tomorrow.
At least I know I'm right and have a good reason.

The small drop from .0014 to .0012 isn't that concerning to me.

I know you didn't ask me, but I think we hit it today at .0011, of course you'll get different opinions. But .0011 held all day. And it appears the reason for the big two day drop was dilution, conversion of debit notes, and that appeared to stop today. Only tomorrow will tell. I'd keep an eye to see if .0011 holds tomorrow, if it does then I'd say it's a confirmation of bottom.
