The clip is dated Nov 8, and it's a discussion with DP regarding the technicalities involved with Clark County making it's approvals before the state made theirs. TRTC was initially denied for a dispensary back in June when CC had their hearings. Now the State has given TRTC high rankings, but that initial denial by CC is still on the books. This discussion is about how that conflict can be resolved. To my knowledge the final licensing decisions that were due today have not yet been announced.
I just looked at washoe county website and it says their administration offices closed for Veterans Day. Doesn't look like they'll be open till the 12th.

Shorts will tremble on top of each others as PPS rises to new 52-week highs and that will only be the beginning.

Unless TRTC also gets free cash and tens of millions of it with the licenses. Do not expect the PPS to do anything but drop
My hope is that it is released post close, would make an excellent trap, and an even better trading day and week. Here is to prosperous PPS coming due to us TRTC longs.
