we've gone from 180-Mil. to 800-Mil. in under 2 years and AMBS will contuinue to dilute until they exhaust the 1st 1-Bil. AS
they will then start on the 2nd 1-Bil. AS
Gerald looses nothing - he will have plenty of cheap Options and will keep the 'Kings Ransom' when they eventually sell the company or spin off the Diag. Div.
it will be the mom & pop retail shareholders who have supported Geralds arse these past few years that will be destroyed and descimated in the planned RS and uplisting - "if" Gerald doesn't come through with his "may not need a RS" mantra
now that Gerald has his 1-Bil. AS and his salary increase, he wants to pump us for an addit. bonus worth $118,125, when all along, the proposed 4 ea. 4Q14 milestones should have been part of his normal job responsibilitis

interestingly enough, now that Gerald has his addit. 1-Bil. AS and his hefty pay raise, he decides to go quiet on Twitter and the Chairmans Blog
Gerald lost all credibility on 7/31, and Wall Street will continue to be unforgiving until he is replaced with a competant, credibile and capable CEO, one who can actually run a public security and return shareholder value and shareholder appreciation instead of just continually talking about it
I say boycott buying anymore AMBS shares - and stop Gerald's dilution train, until he puts actual money on the table and stops living off the life blood of his loyal shareholders
its long overdue and high time to hold Gerald accountable..........
