The market will accept those facts when the we know about how well the prefeered's are actually selling.
Right now, noone except few seems to know what has been going on, but those people are not the market. When he files first, he can start receiving money. Without doing that, it is only pledges to buy. We might run and retrace, but to have the winner stock, several issues need to be adressed and cleared out ASAP.
The only one IMO who can preclude the increase of the A/S and has effect on the market is the CEO since he is the one who started all of this. It can't be stated by him and then someone else says it won't happen and you expect the market to cheer and believe. For the market to believe and respond, numbers have to come out for the market to judge. With his wall street's talked about connections, he should have no problem raising money, this is the logic, but it won't be dealt with as reality till it actually is. The PPS might not reflect the actual value of the company, but it definitely reflects what the market believes what the company worths. We need the market to believe to move forward with confidence-you can never take the market's belief out of the equation.
