Matt, I haven't seen anyone discussing a R/S outside of the comment that BCAP's Matt made during the CC. Is that what you are referring to?

I don't want to cover somthing you are already familiar with, but that was part of all the hand wringing after the CC because Matt said R/S or increase in the A/S could not be ruled out going forward. This was after a CC some time ago that Matt stated there would never be either of those. That change of opinion from him along with some other statements sparked all the goings on these last few weeks.

Neither are imminent that we know of and from what I gather from everyone neither should be needed. The sale of the preferred shares to finance the brokerage and fund some other aspects of the business preclude doing that.

If something has changed in that respect, I am not aware of it.
