Panos is the signator on the keystone lease agreement and he is the ceo of placer mining corp.
Do you have a link to verify that relationship? The C&D notice said it was a lease.
new contract being uploaded this week ,we will see
Read the agreement between Panos and Joel - it specifically says that MNGG would comply with all regulations, including local, State, and Federal. Joel complied with nothing.
Joel is definitely not a subcontractor to Panos and Keystone Mining, LLC. MNGG leased the property, and were not mining on behalf of Panos. Which means that any NOVs would go to MNGG first, and if he doesn't respond, the landowner might be pulled into it. I almost forgot they're buddies, right? Not after this.
sub contractor,my guess ,do not know what the term is but MNGG may not need to get to much paperwork because placer may already have a lot of it,
To maximize asset growth through the successful acquisition, exploration, development and production of selective gold and base metal properties. Placer Mining Corp to implement Eco-Safe green extraction methods to recover gold, silver and platinum values from the gravels located on Placer Mining Corp’s properties. Water and gravity will be the main separation methods used for gold extraction and non-toxic leach technology will be used in the black sands processing plants.
Does MNGG have a contractor's license? Bwahahahahaa.....
Panos D. Gianneotis - CEO/President

Malc said he was busy the rest of the day, so I will respond. This company issued PRs every time they processed tailings, and posted the tons processed, and the ounces of gold recovered. One of the PRs was for a total of 112 ounces produced from 1120 tons of tailings. There were at least two other PRs with their respective production numbers - Malc is probably not aware of those additional PRs, which accounts for the total of 220 ounces.
The interesting thing about those PRs is that the number of ounces and the number of tons processed always equaled 0.1 oz/ton, exactly, every time. No ore, even tailings, is that consistent, especially given variabilities in the processing. I suspect that if the gold even exists, he back-calculated how many tons of tailings he should have processed to create that amount of gold. He used the 0.1 oz/ton average value that he claims is in the Congress tailings.
Waaaaay too convenient, don't you think? Not too smart, should have mixed it up a bit.
Here's a question for you - what did Joel do with the 2000+ tons of sloppy tailings created after he extracted the 220 ounces of gold? Dump them in the desert? Truck them back to Congress? I can only imagine being behind one of those trucks on the highway.....
That is important on a Saturday afternoon. lmao
No record of him having any permits. This is the first time anyone in recent times has attempted to put the ore body into production.
So he is just going to grind the rock to sand at the mine and then take it to the third party? Interesting concept but the ball mill product will still have to be dewatered before transport to Aguila. It will still just be fine ground sand. What process are they going to use at Aguila to get the gold out of the sulfides in the ore? It can't be smelted until the sulfides are concentrated. You can't economiclly smelt all of the ore. He might need a product dryer at Keystone also or he will paying to haul a lot of water to Aquila.
Last post, I'm sure you saw my reply but were stunned for words. AND your moderators decided that your post could be proven wrong so they decided to delete what I had wrote. Not a problem. I'll go ahead and say it again - If you will look on the filings for MNGG at the OTCBB you will find (* if you spend enough time and research *) that MNGG obtained 220 ounces of gold from Congress. Not the "112" as you have fictitiously claimed. If you are going to make wild claims that defame the character of Mining Global and Joel, please at least have some proof to back them up - and at least do your research before commenting... it makes you look ignorant.
Have a great weekend.
Yes, it is a pinksheet. And no, they do not need audited financials. Or file any financials at all.
Joel has admitted he has been contacted by ADEQ (almost certainly for inspections), and he has admitted that MNGG will get fines, so talking about NOVs is more than just speculation. If he doesn't have them in hand yet, he will shortly. My guess is that he has them already.
Yes, Joel can make the NOVs go away with the proper permitting. But it isn't happening by the end of the year (that is less than 2 months away). The APP process cannot be done in 2 months. There are built-in timeframes (like the public comment period) that won't allow that. It takes legit companies a year or more, sometimes several years to get an APP. Legit companies plan way ahead for the permitting process, and Joel will have it done by the end of the year??
From what I can tell, Joel has not even begun the process. He thinks he has filed an application, but he is mistaken. What he filed was the Determination of Applicability, which is not the permit application. He is not even at the starting gate yet.
So, no, Joel will not be mining and processing by the end of the year. And, it is extremely unlikely he will ever get the proper permits, as even legit companies find the process to be onerous and expensive. There is no way a POS Pinksheet will go through the permitting process. It's laughable.
Irregardless, lets "get real" here - we are dealing with a penny stock. Pink sheet companies are not required to file with the SEC and do not need to meet any mininum requirements to be listed on the OTCBB.
For your information... - http://www.otcbb.com/faqs/otcbb_faq.stm , Section 40: Do financials submitted with the Form 211 have to be audited?
The periodic reporting requirements relied upon by FINRA Rule 6530 require annual audits of an issuer's financial statements for quoting on OTCBB. However, current FINRA rules do not require audited financial statements for quoting on other quotation mediums, but they should be prepared in accordance with GAAP or, for foreign issuers, in accordance with their home country's accounting standards.
