There is record of what they claim to have made this year. Also alibaba and tradekey listing SoOum's product proves a legitimate business.
Then how does SWRF continue to trade tens of millions of shares a day if it has already reverse split from 5 billion to just 10 million? In fact why reduce the AS at all as the RS would only apply to outstanding shares? Just curious.
VEGA and WAHED in the photos ARE THE SAME person!!! trust me,,they are!,,,also,,i tried to get in with TDAMERITRADE and their transfer agent has a 'CHILL' on the stock,,,meaning they think something is very fishy about it....

People claimed was going to .0004 Friday... did not happen... and people calling DOOM and GLOOM on SWRF since .0001 have been WRONG THE WHOLE WAY ... so far ... I bought lots of .0008 on Thursday but also sold them .0009 Friday... sorry for that folks... was not the plan... also had .0003 average before that etc...
I could definitely see .01+ after merger!!! 50x bagger, we will see

Imo, the one thing that almost always happens with most PR's is the complete failure to perform as warned in their obligatory "Safe Harbor" statements. What you have here is a public company [SWRF] passing on unverifiable claims by a potential merger partner [SOOUM] regarding a couple of contracts they have allegedly signed. What you >>DO NOT<< yet have is proof of any MONEY changing hands as a result of this claim. Companies are notorious for issuing PR's about signing agreements, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, joint ventures etc. Imo 99% of the time these never come to pass.
Yup....8 is bottom and I doubt much gets traded at 8s monday$$$
