And those financial filings that Joel uploaded? The ones that look like the product of a kindergarten kid? The SEC folks would pin them up on the wall of their breakroom for entertainment.

What about all of the other equpment that goes with a ball mill? Most companies invest in a complete milling sytem to do millions of tons. The engineering, design, and permitting require years and millions of dollars. Never heard of anyone "buying a ball mill to process 200,00 tons"

Why waste investors' money on a ball mill when they have no permit to mine, and the chances of a permit are between none and zero? It's ridiculous (not to mention a waste of YOUR money).

Bid is building...O/S & A/S is being reduced dramatically...Our CEO, while having made some mistakes here - is trying to get 3 mines up and running. We retrieved 220 oz's of gold in congress in little time...We have 200,000 tons of chipped ore in the keystone mine - that while may not have a good amount of gold in it, the CEO is going to go ahead and process the remainder anyway. By the end of next week Joel is going to have the deal signed over in Ghana to pursue mining over there - While Ghana tax rates are very high - 35%'ish, the recovery rate is presumed to be high there.
Anyways, big things are happening here. Joel will get the permits for Congress, as he stated in his recent letter addressed to shareholders - So I am sure ADEQ will work with him on whatever "NOV's" or government fines may take place. One small setback, for the company which has taken three steps forward and one step backward - but it progress is still being made.
Did I mention investors have accumulated around 2 billion shares? Joel said he would do everything in his power to reduce the O/S to 5.1 billion by december.. Quite a claim. I think he can do it. Either way this sucker is going to be volatile and we will be out of these levels soon imo.
