There are no financial records available for SoOum so no one knows what their financial condition is.
Well it would be my first 0001 ticker to copper if it gets their$$$ MYE*, ATR*,KMA* were thousand+ baggers for me$$$$

and there is absolutely no reason for them to do a RS! The pps is rising and revenues will be rolling in.
SWRF.... vpo_r did 750x bagger, .0006 to .45 (in less than 3 months) & made a few millionaires.....
A R/S at this stage would be absurd anyway and I doubt it's possible before the merger is completed. A share buyback would be more sensible at this levels with revenu from the contracts. The claim that the shares will be reduced to 10 mill by that Minnesota filing is also strange. There is nothing in it that says anything about an R/S. And by the way, those 5 billion divided by 5000 is only a million. Check it out. JMO

grant them 1,000 votes per share. It is anticipated that at some point these shares will be converted to common shares
after the merger and after a reverse stock split which will align the capital structure of the Company. Thus immediately
following the merger the SoOum shareholders will own no shares of common stock, but they will own series B
preferred shares that will give them ownership and combined voting rights equal to 80% of all the shares outstanding.
Bold states that at SOME Point not after the merger immediately so yes a R/S can happen but it has been put out by SWRF that there will not be a R/S after merger.

Not impossible and would turn this into a .25+ stock. Realistically, I see at least .01 by the end of this month without MJ news and only more contract executions. SoOum have a proven and successful need in the market to broker supply shortages.
Was it related to elections? May want to get back in asap Monday. I see .0013 by Wednesday if news doesn't come until the Thursday night deadline just on anticipation.
SWRF is going to solidify a lot of our lives. It is especially going to help the lives of people in need. That being said, the ones that are falsely saying things to get people to sell... HERE YOU GO... I'll sell mine at 01+++.... come grab them then!!
