I will go back later today and find it and post it, but Joel would still have control even if we owned all the shares. He owns around 100 million shares but his shares come with 500 votes each. Our shares come with one vote each. Very smart on his part so that majority shareholder part will not play a role in corporate decisions. The last thing he needs is us telling him how to run the company. Now down the road, the voting structure may change but a this point in the business's evolution, Joel is rightfully in control no matter how many shares we own as a group. My primis for the share count was to see how locked up the float will become with many holding most shares for the bigger and longterm picture. Exciting times ahead.
