"tsorocks", you have to remember Joel basically owns this company. If you are the owner would you let yourself the minority owner of the company? To take that into consideration what you believe could be the case, as the CEO working so hard to make this company stand on its own and become a minority owner is to me not plausible. Joel will find a way to get his 51% share at least and one simple way is to assign himself more shares than the shareholders/investors has, ballooning the floats to even more than what is now. One other step is to R/S to make way for him to be the majority owner after R/S by company's approval to assign himself with more shares totaling 51% to still control the company. Bear in mind there's no Board of Directors yet up to this point, no need for that as a sub-penny entity.
I for one would like him to control this company because he knows what's at stake to be successful. If investors/shareholders controls it, dictating what he has to do then this company will fail miserably. So I don't agree to the notion of investors being the majority shareholders.
