large accounts payable increase (927k as of 12/31/13, 2.3m as of 9/30/14) ... BUT a huge drop in total liabilities .... 3.9m as of 9/30/14 compared to 8.5m for year ending 2014.
The large drop in liabilities was primary attributed to the cessation of the derivative liabilities....(5.9m to 0) - which, I believe was the goal of restructuring the redemption previsions of the Series D preferred shares to increase shareholders equity in prep. for uplist.
