I would like to make a comment about Ironridge. Thus far we seem to have indeed lost the 1st 2 rounds against Ironridge. If we lose its 1.6m shares priced at .10 160k in dollars that will enter the market. Now if this was 7 months ago and that happened then it would be more concerning. The company is in much better shape to take a small hit if it should come. The reality is in les than a day or 2 of trading those shares (IF WE LOSE) will be gone. So in reality not a big ordeal to the float at all. on 80m shares in the float 1.6m shares I believe we CAN AND BE ABLE TO HANDLE THAT WITH THE INTEREST THAT WILL COME HERE. Understand to that these big boys NEED SOME SUPPLY. SO IF SEASIDE HAS 2.5M LEFT ( THAT IS SIMPLY MY GUESS) AND IF WE LOSE TO IRONRIDGE 1.6M SHARES THOSE SHARES WILL BE GONWE QUICKLY.



So in reiteration if we lose to Ironridge which is a distinct possibility it truly will not hurt us as its 1.6m shares they get at .10 cents a share. We are a far better company than we were 7 months ago. So avoid the noise and focus on the fundamentals of the company.
