Thank you Guts I hope you are well. I also would like to point out there has been "noise" stating that the majority of the trades have been bid hitting that is the furthest from the truth the last 9 out of 10 days. EVERYONE PLEASE LOOK AT THE LAST 10 DAYS WE WENT FROM .10 OFFER TO .145 AND THE MAJORITY OF THOSE SHARES WERE BOUGHT AT THE OFFER I WOULD GUESS IN THE LAST 9 OUT OF 10 DAYS 90% HAS TRADED AT THE OFFER. How could we go up 60% if all that was happening was bid whacking does that even remotely make sense? There is false propaganda being put out there, so I ask you all look at the time and sales the last 9 out of 10 days and you will see MASSIVE BUY PRESSURE REULTING IN A 50% GAIN APPROX.
I believe the meeting will be a very good starting point. HOWEVER, I WOULD CAUTION AGAINST SEEING A ROBUST MOVE OR SIGNIFICANT ORDERS JUST BECAUSE OF THE INITIAL MEETING. Frankly, I DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE ORDERS ON THAT DAY. However I would anticipate over time more interest intergrated ever so slowly from the meetings. These guys take their time and are NOT IHUB EMOTIONAL BEINGS. They assimilate the information and do substantial DD and then make an investment decision which could take 3 to 6 weeks when they are ready. Or some of them may want to see more evidence of the turnaround story over a little more time. If people think just because of the meeting that same week we go ga-ga it DOESNT HAPPEN THAT WAY. These are big boys that plot their points and we may not see the evidiece of their interest UNTIL THEY ARE READY WHICH IN ALL LIKLIEHOOD WONT BE THAT DAY AS I WOULD PUT ODDS ON THAT. I would suspect over a period of 3 to 8 weeks you will see some buying as they will look for various criteria before they step in.
BOTTOM LINE:
DONT EXPECT THE DOUG FLUTIE HAIL MARY PASS ON NOV 12TH. However this is the 1st step of many for the company to gain MORE exposure with the right type of investors. The foundation we have currently is very strong. We do know that a lot of people have very significant dollars invested in SCRC. Please give it some time.
The takeaway is the q3 earnings report that is very big going forward. Frankly, I do not care if it has no reaction that day as right now I don't expect a lot since we moved from .09 to .13.5 as the antipation happened to some extent. Its also possible there has been buying in advance of the meeting as excitement builds. AGAIN THIS IS A PROCESS AND WILL TAKE 2 TO 3 MORE QUARTERS TO RECOGNIZE YOUR GOALS IMHO.
