I do think court would put us to sub-penny, but whatever. This is a very long term play.

Now an old guy looking to retire is upset because he can see them from their house. He has zero legal ground, he just wants to make it personal which has no legal precedence in court. If all paperwork is done right (it was) he should be ignored.
