I didn't say sue the town, I said the mayor and some council members need to be investigated! Doubt it would take a lawsuit to get everything straight and on the up and up, someone is being less than honest about this entire venture, period!
In any event this is not over, the mm's are playing with everyone's emotions right now and nothing more, check the time and sales. There were more shares bought at the ask early on but the share price still went down, when a sell would come through it come is a series of 5k share blocks at the bid so it looks like there are more sells than there really is.
