Thenew album, allow me to draw the distinctions, for my benefit, too.

1)Source: This PR release :
Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. Zoning and License Update
LAKESHORE, ON--(Marketwired - Sep 29, 2014) - Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FITX), CEN Biotech, would like to take this opportunity to update its shareholders.

The statement of discussion: "We have agricultural zoning. Marihuana is a plant. Our land has been farmed at both sites with crops which gives us what is called "Legal- nonconforming use" if Lakeshore chooses to write, adopt and implement bylaws with respect to marihuana facilities. We are grandfathered by the Supreme Court of Canada case law on this issue. There is no retroactive application of future proposed bylaws."

According to this view we are grandfathered in. I believe this is the correct view and it will have to be proved in court. If Bill wishes to stand up for his company.

2) Second Distinction: You're saying that Town council can change the local zoning at will, and acc. to HC, CenB has to respect the wishes of local ordinances, at least with respect to buildings 3,4,5, & 6, as well as all of Site #2, now.

Again I'm saying these two conflicting interpretations of the law can only be resolved in court. I fear if true, that this is going to be long, drawn out, and very bitter ---If he wants to fight. But we will win. Why, and I've said this for a long time...why did he drag his feet so much and allow this to get so far ahead of him?
