MHYS is getting $500k
500/20 = 25
25x.0004 = .01
even a quarter of that is .0025
We're not, I bought the last of the .0004s on the ask before close on friday so we are currently at .0004X.0005. As of right now, The company has had no shares left to sell for well over a week and probably 2 or more. And won't have any more to sell until the 20th of this month at the very minimum. So for the next 3 trading weeks there is no further dilution possible.
And it's very simple why we are here. More traders have been selling into the bid and stacking the ask than buying on the ask and helping to lock float. If traders start to buy on ask we go up, if traders keep selling into the bid and piling up the ask we go down. With exception of the Company not making "KoolAid", which they shouldn't need to as the filings are as good or better than most Pink sheet's PR releases, they have ZERO to do with it. And Just because they increased the A/S doesn't necessarily mean they have to sell the shares or even keep the A/S that high. If Company is able to pay off looming convertibles before it comes due with any profits the current projects may produce, the CEO may be able to reduce the A/S to protect his own investment.

If you cant understand why then you shouldn't be trading.. Especially after we just got an 8k which paints a CLEAR picture why the price is currently as low as it is... Don't expect the price to stay down here now that they've negotiated financing terms.

Should run hard here until Nov 17th. Where new O/S comes into effect. (not entirely sure they will be issued.) However New shares due to financing deal do not come into play until July 30th.
I see them issuing only if they come across a new big name project & need financing. (Assuming no revenues from existing projects)

Two very good things from this financing deal.
1) The 8% Convertible note is not exercisable till 30 July 2015. The shares cannot be traded till 180 days after that date. So none of those shares can be sold before the end of next year.
2) The warrants that were issued cannot be exercised till the 5th (fifth) anniversary of the date they were issued! ( Will any of you still be here by then?)

400mils at bid that was fake and pink's game, now 0.0003x 0.0004 , 0.0002x0.0003 soon , 10bils share is waiting there,
From a technical standpoint need to establish new support at .0006 which is 50dma. Also the ema20. From there if the market excepts this financing deal and they finally start pumping some solid Prs, next major resistance is 200dma @ .0033. Next week should be interesting.
