I never needed a questionable e-mail to confirm audited fins are at least years away. Foley's cooked books on income ($$$Millions)from phantom products is a confirmed reality. If the income reported by D Fooley existed audited fins would have been completed ASAP.
No news or revelation here same old same old.
As far as solid DD, in my opinion, a phantom, non verifiable e-mail is far from solid DD.

Thousands had the np-1 and 15000 shipped back in Jan. - LIE. Bestbuy needed 3 months to train their sales staff - LIE. Can't buy the np-1 at any BB in the country as of Nov. yet 50 millions shares printed last month alone even though they promised share buyback this year.
