I think we could see a slight uptick in pps from people realizing how severely undervalued Amarantus is. As far as anticipatory buying ahead of unreleased news, I don't think it will happen, unfortunately. I like our man GC, but in the past he has made statements (official and unofficial) that have created expectations, and then failed to deliver.
The shareholders are part of the blame for this - over hyping the hell out of news (must I reference 7/31?) only to have it tumble when the news is not as expected. The Street, and investors in general have noticed. I think most investors who do not already have a position in AMBS are ok with sitting on the sidelines until something concrete happens. It isn't worth the risk.
Some may take this post as an AMBS bash, but I'm simply offering my viewpoint of where we currently are. With all that said, I add to my position as often as seems sensible.
