JAY HAS NOT POSTED ON THIS BOARD SINCE THE 24TH (6 DAYS) BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY HE RATHER GO BACK AND FORTH WITH FRUCKEDUP UNFORTUNATELY SINCE MAYBE IT'S MORE FUN?? ALL THAT DOES IS FEED FRUCKEDUP AND MAKE HIM SPOUT MORE BS, AND MAKE HIM IMPORTANT. JAY IF YOU IGNORE THE GUY HE WILL GO AWAY BECAUSE HE WILL BECOME INSIGNIFICANT. LET HIM SAY WHAT HE WANTS EVERYONE KNOWS WHO HE IS AND WHAT HE IS ALL ABOUT---PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT LIKE WE HAVE ALL DONE AND DO NOT RESPOND TO HIM ANYMORE. I TRULY ADMIRE WHAT YOU HAVE TRIED TO DO FOR THE COMPANY OVER THE YEARS, BUT WE REALLY ALL NEED TO STICK TOGETHER NOW. I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS JAY, BUT AT THIS POINT IN TIME THAT WOULD BE THE BEST THING FOR THE COMPANY----I AM SURE OF THAT! TRUST ME. IGNORE THE LOSER AND WHAT HE SAYS---HE WILL GO ABSOLUTELY CRAZY IF WE ALL DO THAT.

Hey Jay (ESPECIALLY), Sea, Lax, Stew, Duck, Est, TB.....I think it's time NOT to respond back and forth feeding this Demented frenzy. I cannot tell you what to do of course, but only my suggestion
some poeple just feed off of the controversy, and no one will be convinced one way or the other who is right or wrong. PLEASE DO NOT REACT TO WHAT SOME SAY ON THIS BOARD!!!!!!!! BUT, what we DO know is this:
1) The Demented group wants to bring TMMI down, but it will never happen----NEVER/EVER
2) This Demented COPYCAT counterclaim is not a lawsuit---ask yourselves this---if Dementia knew what they are saying to be true, then why didn't they initiate a suit against TMMI long ago---cause they know it's just crap.....there was no official merger unfortunately for them back in 2000.
3) No one from TMMI got served.....not necessary in a counterclaim---just more hype.
4) The Demented patents cannot be used until the challenge is resolved, and it will be resolved in TMMI's favor
5) There were no Demented LOIs----TOTAL FLUFF from fluffers.
6) There is no Demented office, phone number, product, employees or contracts nor will there ever be.
7) If the Demented ones don't settle, they will wind up in personal bankruptcies after million dollar personal judgements are entered against all of them
TRUDEF AND RAYTHEON ARE FOR REAL NO MATTER WHAT ANY ONE SAYS.....RAYTHEON IS SPENDING MONEY AND RESOURCES ON ENHANCING THE SOFTWARE....DEMENTIA HAS NO BIG PARTNER OR EVEN A LITTLE ONE.
9) LOYAL STOCKHOLDERS WILL BE REWARDED BIG TIME WHEN THE FIRST CONTRACT IS SIGNED IMHO SHORTLY.
