I did say that CEN would be grandfathered because it is not law yet. viii)Only facilities licensed by Health Canada under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) SOR/2013-119 or as amended, will be permitted. I am not a lawyer but if you cannot get a permit without being licensed, that's pretty much shutting down any start ups! Not that another licensed producer couldn't come in and apply for a permit. Plus you missed my point! Inspection on July 31 2014, 90 days later is what???? By-laws passed on the 4th? You tell me? Could be a coincidence but I am betting its not.
