Loc's I believe Dave has it right when he speaks of GC fanning the flames of enthusiasum, all the while - selling shares via dilution into the public market. It's simply how and what salesmen do to survive in a free market environment.
That said, I also don't believe that a higher share price as suggested by Warps would white wash shareholder sentiment away regarding deceptive practices such as promoting or soft pumping your company. Is it illegal? No. Is it ethical - well, I'll let you be the judge of that.
Presumably we and the Street are just waiting for Gerald to deliver, 2 + years later - is all.
Personally I don't need to be updated anymore about the potential value AMBS is creating for its "Long" shareholders, as after a while, it gets repetative and wears thin.
The Street is highly sensitive and has a tendency to read between the lines, so their reaction is going to be dramatic, in one direction or another. Right now, with the pps being almost 60% down from its annual high, what we need is actual delivery on GC's multiple prognostications...not more clarification, promotion or soft pumping...
Also, I see it as unfortunate that MontRidge, LLC was not brought on board.
I've stressed numerous times to JC that a skillful IR should be brought in
....especially at this point in AMBS's development.
