Loco: The statement by Gerald you've been referring to was made by him to me back in October 2013 at the Las Vegas Conference. Just a few days before this Conference AMBS had done a deal with Dominion Capital to raise some cash. I asked him whether or not we would be seeking a Lympro Partner in the near future. He told me that is why they raised the cash so they could go it alone for awhile. That is when he said:
"Someone might offer to pay you x now, but 100x a little down the road."
Gerald has floated the concept of a LymPro JV partner paying us 100x some day so that he could justify diluting in the mean time. It is too early to tell if this strategy will work out for us. But as revenue for LymPro picks up, I'm sure we'll find out. I think our pps will go up fine without a 100x JV partner. By mid 2016 LymPro revenue will have made us so rich, no one will care about a JV Partner!!
