He needs to be replaced. He is out of his league with such radical ideas as focusing on long-term shareholder value by turning down the lowball offers, thereby failing to satisfy those who want to become rich within a few months of buying shares. Doesn't he understand such recklessness will cause the armchair CEOs to attack his every decision? Why would he possibly think he was more qualified to make these choices than those posting here who see the path ahead so clearly? That goes for his advisors as well. They sure have some gall to approve these missteps by Gerald. Out with the lot of them.
