Yet A1ias specifically stated there was going to be one and specifically stated you were the person responsible for collecting possible participants and donations.
That was not 'cobbled together' but direct and specific statements.
Are all these possible participants ready to have their identify revealed in court filings ?
Class action does not provide anonymity for participants.
