It is NOT SUFFICIENT to read bits and pieces of posts by various individuals...
then COBBLE IT into an awkward tangle of ideas...
and then spin it to suit your talking points!
My post did not rule out a CLASS ACTION... but it did rule in specific targets. Just never know WHO, WHAT, or HOW until the WHEN at filing!
But you surely are right in the thick of the discussion, Saul!
