Walter Energy Declares Quarterly Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, AL--(Marketwired - Oct 23, 2014) - Walter Energy, Inc. ( NYSE : WLT ) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.01 per common share payable on Dec. 5, 2014, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 10, 2014.
