I believe this is the issue that's weighing on the stock PPS. New investors would look at the actual state of affairs.
The company increased it's AS by 1 BILLION.
The burn rate has the company out of money in a few months.
While the company is moving forward in a steady way, it does miss deadlines.
If income is not coming in to pay bills in Dec/Jan, and no other sources of funding is found, then stocks must be issued to keep the lights on.
New investors might be a little skittish to go big.
This worries me also. I haven't sold my shares though. Looking at other companies on the OTC, this one has a clear path to being successful if that path gets executed. If you want a big payout, there is real risk associated with it.
The way I see it, we're down to the wire. In a few months we will KNOW if the company is going to viable and make us a lot of money, or if we're going to have to take a few steps back.
I honestly think all this Angst is because we're down to the wire now and there is absolutely nothing us as Shareholders can really do about it. The waiting is the hardest part.
For those wanting GC replaced. Hmmm...to late. Not sure why people think changing horses mid race is a good idea. This is the horse we bet on. Everybody should put their big boy pants on and wait for things to shake out. Say your prayers, sacrifice your chickens, do the rain dance, whatever makes you feel better.
