So you can not provide one single piece of proof that as an insider Mr Banerjea has actually taken any stock at all, in any quarter since he was hired ?
This isn't rocket science.
He is required to file his holdings and transactions.
Either he has or he hasn't.
I believe the only factual answer is he hasn't taken a single share in over 8 months.
