bottom line is if this is important to you >> don't invest in P2O via PTOI
zero doubts the CFO will take his 50,000 (divided by 4) in PTOI stock
for the Qs' ending in (6.30.14/9.30.14/12.31.14)
i'm not sure how the first Q is handled (2014) .. i'd expect to it to be pro-rated myself
but to be clear .. this isn't a *concern* of mine
