For those that need their hand held. The facts

The facts are crystal clear all by themselves .
He hasn't 'taken' one single share of stock in nearly the 8 months since his hire.
Unless of course you can produce a Form 3 that shows a specific amount of stock acquired, or a Form 4 that shows a specific amount of stock acquired, to prove he has taken any stock at all.
But we both know that can not happen.
So why have two quarters gone by and Banerjea not taken any of this POS stock ? Even at these 'cheapie' prices ?
Is it because Banerjea thinks the price can still crater more and doesn't want to become another bagholder like almost every long and true believer ?
Mr. Banerjea an annual salary of $150,000, of which $100,000 will be payable in cash and $50,000 of which will be payable in shares of the Company’s common stock. Such shares will be issued quarterly based on the closing price on the last trading day of the applicable quarter.
