Both shallow: Did you know JP gave the names of contacts at Lincoln Park Capital to Gerald several months before that deal came together? Gerald was doing horrible deals with Dominion Capital and JP emailed him and told him he could do better. He gave Gerald their names. After the LPC deal came together, Gerald emailed JP back, referencing JP's initial email about LPC.
JP is a long. I am a long. Simply because we feel like bitching over the poor execution in recent months doesn't mean we have turned into flippers or that our thoughts aren't valid.
Be careful of being too restrictive here and not allowing people to blow off steam. It's healthy.
